Digital Product License
This is a draft license for a one-time digital purchase. It must be reviewed and finalized before commercial release.
Personal household license
When you purchase the Texas Homeowner Maintenance Kit, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one purchaser and one household to download, store, print reasonable copies, and use the included files for that household’s personal home-maintenance, records, and planning purposes.
What you may do
- Keep a digital backup for your own household
- Print forms and binder pages for your household
- Enter and maintain your own household information in the included workbook
- Share access within your own household
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, transfer, give away, or redistribute the product or its files
- Post files, pages, templates, screenshots that reproduce the product, or download links publicly or in a shared group
- Share blank worksheets or workbook templates outside your household
- Repackage, modify for distribution, or create a competing product from any portion of the kit
- Use the product for a business, contractor service, rental portfolio, property-management operation, or multiple households/properties without separate written permission
- Remove copyright, branding, license, or disclaimer notices
Ownership and updates
The product remains the intellectual property of its owner. A purchase covers the stated version only. Future editions, updates, or support are not promised unless expressly offered at the time of purchase.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate its terms. On termination, you must stop using and distributing the product and destroy copies outside the personal copies you are legally required to retain.
