These are working terms for review before commercial launch. They are not legal advice and do not replace a lawyer’s review for the seller’s business, sales process, payment provider, tax obligations, or jurisdiction.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website or purchasing, downloading, or using the Texas Homeowner Maintenance Kit, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Digital Product License, and applicable checkout terms once checkout is enabled.

Product purpose and safety

The kit is general educational and organizational information. It is not professional advice, a repair manual, inspection, diagnosis, code determination, warranty, insurance opinion, or guarantee. You are responsible for deciding whether a task is safe, following manuals and laws, and contacting appropriate emergency services, utilities, or qualified professionals.

Availability and changes

The seller may update product descriptions, product versions, site content, or these terms. An order covers the version stated at purchase unless an update is expressly included. The seller may correct an obvious pricing, availability, or technical error before fulfilling an order.

Orders and payments

Live payments are not currently enabled. When enabled, orders will be handled through a third-party payment provider. You must provide accurate purchase information and be authorized to use the payment method. The seller may decline or cancel an order where allowed by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or license violations.

Intellectual property and permitted use

All site and product content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your permitted use is limited to the personal household license on the license page. Nothing here grants permission to resell, redistribute, publicly post, or commercially use the product.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the site and product are provided as available and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The seller does not warrant that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or software service, or appropriate for every home or situation. The seller will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or product. Any limitation must be revised as needed to comply with applicable law.
