Privacy Policy
This policy is a pre-launch draft. It must be finalized after the seller selects payment, delivery, email, analytics, cookie, and support services, and before personal information is collected through a live checkout or form.
Information this static site currently collects
The current development version does not include customer accounts, a contact form, analytics script, advertising pixel, or live checkout. It does not intentionally collect personal information through the website itself. Standard hosting providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser data, request time, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
Information that may be collected after launch
When checkout and customer support are enabled, the seller may collect information needed to process an order and provide support, such as purchaser name, email address, transaction and download information, support messages, and technical details reasonably needed to solve delivery issues. Payment-card data should be collected directly by the payment processor, not by this website.
How information would be used
- To process payment, deliver the product, and prevent fraud
- To respond to support and refund requests
- To maintain security, comply with law, and enforce the license
- To send transactional notices related to a purchase
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that operate hosting, payment processing, secure delivery, email, and support, only as needed to provide those services or comply with law. The seller does not intend to sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information will be retained only as reasonably necessary for orders, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. The site should use reputable providers, access controls, HTTPS, and data-minimization practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal data. The final policy must provide a working privacy contact and a process for requests. Operational, legal, transaction, and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.
Cookies and advertising
The development site does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. If analytics, advertising, affiliate links, or other tracking is added, this policy and any required consent tools must be updated before activation.
Children
The product is intended for adults. The seller does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should contact the final privacy contact if they believe a child has provided information.
Updates
The final policy must include the effective date, legal seller identity, support and privacy contact, processor list or category description, and applicable jurisdictional disclosures before launch.
