Refund Policy
Effective August 18, 2026. This policy applies to purchases of the Texas Homeowner Maintenance Kit.
Digital-product nature
The Texas Homeowner Maintenance Kit is a digital download. Once a completed payment has been processed and the digital files have been made available, the product cannot be physically returned.
Refund eligibility
A verified refund request submitted from the purchaser’s order email within 14 calendar days of purchase is eligible for a refund. The request must include the order reference and a brief reason for the request.
How requests are processed
Eligible requests may be processed automatically or may be placed into manual review. Automatic processing can be paused by internal safety limits, duplicate-request protection, payment-provider status, or other anti-abuse and operational controls. A request placed into manual review is not automatically denied.
Requests submitted after the 14-day eligibility window may be reviewed manually at our discretion but are not guaranteed to be approved.
After a refund
When a refund is completed, it is issued to the original payment method through the checkout provider. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Future secure download access for the refunded order is revoked. A refund does not transfer any ownership rights and does not authorize redistribution of files already downloaded.
Any Stripe processing fees associated with the original purchase are nonrefundable and are not included in the refunded amount.
